But the GPS coordinates are wrong, we got lost as the guest house is about 7km away from where the GPS coordinates took us. When we phoned the guest house, the receptionist could not direct us and just told us to go west , We had to drive around at night to try and find the place, she didn't even call us back to find out whether we were finding help or not. When we got there the receptionist told us that they didn't receive our deposit even though we got confirmation from the website and she demanded that we fax the proof from our IPAD!!! On Saturday night there were people who booked the pool area that happened to be next to our room and they were making noise and leaning against the windows it felt like we were at a shebeen. The gate is manually operated and we did not feel that our car was safe. The guest house is in a quiet area , the owner should train the employees on customer service and they need to know how to direct people from the R524 to Sibasa . Decide whether they are running a shebeen or a guest house. A little hidden gem by Ziningi Madonsela 28 August 2017 The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was neat and clean, staff very friendly, at a very good location. I would definitely stay here again. Be sure to order breakfast in advance - before your arrival. The only thing that they need to do is fix the shower door.
