Magalies Bush Lodge is nestled in the Naauwpoort valley slopes of the Magaliesberg amidst a peaceful and tranquil surrounding offering stunning views in an unsurpassed setting of natural beauty and elegance.

The family-owned bush lodge comprises of three rustic, comfortable, fully equipped and private self-catering chalets, each with a secluded braai area. The lodge also offers guests a newly renovated rock pool, communal braai area with a pizza oven and parking on the premises.

Guests can enjoy sightseeing Blesbok, Rooibok, Bushbuck and Springbok grazing around the land as well as numerous bird species. Please note that during rainy season guests in chalet Bosbok and Springbok should ideally drive a bakkie, SUV or 4×4.

provide guests with a bakkie to transport luggages to the lodges as it was very difficult for us to unload on arrival and also load on departure...

Tucked away in the bush Piece of paradise by

Loved the lapa and braai area. Shower needs a good scrub and new shower curtain. Toilet doesn't flush too well (septic tank full??) Dirty old mop and broom used to clean with. Liked the liquid hand soap at the basin as well as the 2 ply toilet paper. Lovely clean linen. Very helpful people in attendance. Very comfortable beds! It is rustic but short of very little else. I don't know who checks up on the cleaning lady, but this may need to be done more regularly. Other than that we will be back some day.

We loved the peace and tranquility of the place, the animals on the farm, Kenny was very helpful and friendly.

We loved the privacy and tranquillity and value for money. The mattress and bedding was superb. We will most definitely visit again. Everything we required was there and the helpful friendly service was superb.

Cutlery in kitchen only catered for 3 and a lot of utensils like knives not there or broken.

Magalies Bush Lodge is nothing short of AWESOME, we had such a great time there ? The owners are VERY helpful and SUPER friendly. I highly recommend this place.
