Kwelanga Rivier Lodge

We are based on the banks of the Orange River in Vioolsdrift, Northern Cape, South Africa. We offer chalet accommodation, as well as our Riverside camping area with your own ablution and kitchen wash-up area, and Fish Eagle camping with shared ablutions and wash-up areas.

The chalets can sleep two to five people and includes: beautiful river views, air-conditioning, a bar fridge, and a coffee/tea maker. En-suite bathrooms with showers are in all the rooms. There is a bar, an outside lounge area, and a communal pool that all guests have access to.

We also offer half-day, full-day, four and five-night river adventure trips. There is a restaurant available and meals are paid for via the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
