Kookfontein Rondawels is the first of its kind in the Namaqua region and is a replica of the Nama huts but in a modern style. The walls are decorated with quartzite slabs and round stones from our area. The rondavels blend in with nature and they are cool inside during summer.

Kookfontein Rondawels offers self-catering chalets which have en-suite bathrooms with private shower rooms. Each chalet has a spacious kitchen and a TV to give our client as much comfort and privacy as possible.

We arrived late afternoon after travelling all day! There were few people at the swimming pool with loud music and very noisy so we decided not to stay. Place situated on the N7 which is also very noisy so don't recommend the place at all!! Very disappointed

Such a beautifull place with lots of potential. Clean but need a bit of TLC. A bit too noizy during the night, loud music & partying.

While the accommodations were rustic and rather basic. Some basic maintenance would improve things greatly. It may also be an idea to create some uniformity with regards bedding and bath towels.
