Enjoyable by

We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet stay at Glenrock - the fresh midland air, lovely long walks and all the farm animals being a special bonus. Also loved all the birds including storks and cranes.

Delightful holiday by

A real home-from-home! Very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful walks and successful fishing! Our hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Our eland friends were a highlight!

Log cabin and fire by

Loved the log cabin and fire place. Need to do some general maintenance (tlc) to cabins. The steps to the loft room are very steep and narrow making them non-child friendly. On arrival in winter time, when out of office hours, maybe put a bag of wood outside the cabins as it is very cold without a fire. Remove the scruffy wire enclosures from in front of log cabins, ruins the beautiful view from your patio. The staff could be a little more friendly and interactive with guests. Small problems/issues were dealt with and resolved quickly which made things more pleasant.

Was a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend it

Do not follow Google maps! by

The Chalet was great! The environment was great! Just be warned it's nowhere near where Google maps tells you it is. It's probably admit 30km away. Even if you click on the link on this website there's print a 15km difference. That being said, it's lovely place to chill.
