Luxury family home, walking distance from the harbour, swimming beach and business centre. Jump in the splash pool while you wait for the fire or just lounge in the comfortable seats on the shaded patio.

The spacious house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Two bedrooms each contain a double bed, and a third is furnished with twin beds. The last room contains 2 single beds, and the rooms share the use of 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table.

Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, an indoor fireplace, and Wi-Fi access. The lounge opens onto the patio with a built-in braai area, and can be closed off when the weather is bad.

A splash pool is available for guests to use, and parking is available. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
