Bundox Safari Lodge

Bundox Safari Lodge is situated on a small, private nature reserve in the prestigious Greater Kruger area. Ideally located on the Guernsey Road near Hoedspruit, it is the perfect accommodation base close to the Kruger National Park and Blyde River Canyon.

There are 6 Safari Tents located among the trees, with en suite tented bathroom with either bath or shower, king size bed, wooden flooring, and outside deck. The two chalets sleep two and four people and are simply great for families with children!

Our flagship unit is our Superior Tent and new spa, and is the ideal hideaway for honeymoon couples or couples looking for some romance. It is a spacious tent, with en suite bathroom complete with luxury bath and large outdoor shower.

Cocooned by bushveld it is home to plains game such as duiker, nyala and bushbuck. There are over 500 species of bird within the Greater Kruger, so avid "Twitchers" are bound to see a few lifers. Guests have the option of relaxing on the lodge property while visiting the new bush spa or indulging in one of the many activities on our doorstep.

Day trips in the Kruger National Park, guided sunset river drives, Blyde River boat cruises and trips to the local cultural village are just a few of the things on offer close to our lodge. The boma is a truly South African experience, where the focus is on laughter, listening to the sounds of the wild and watching the fire crackle into oblivion.

During the day, guests embark on their guided or self-drive adventures in the area, while those who choose to stay at the lodge can enjoy the swimming pool or the privacy of their accommodation.
