Chesapeake Bay 12

Chesapeake Bay 12 is a modern three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps six adults and two children. ( However there are steps to get to the unit from the parking area so it is not wheelchair friendly)

The main bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the third bedroom is fitted with two bunk beds. All bedrooms are fitted with premium linen and there are floor standing fans in each bedroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with large double door fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer combo, as well as a small kitchen nook with seating for four.

The comfortable lounge suite seats seats and is furnished with a flat screen smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and DSTV compact bouquet. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a built-in braai for your use.

There is a coin operated laundry as well as a swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play area and braai area in the complex and a carport is allocated to this unit, with visitors' parking.

There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30 meters away. Margate's main beach and fishing pier is a short walk away.

All linen is supplied including bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
