Beachfront Studio

The Beachfront Studio is located on the top floor of the Blue Waters complex in Sea Point, just 50 m from the promenade, beaches and swimming pool. The studio has an open balcony, with partial side views of the ocean.

The open-plan studio can comfortably sleep two adults. The bedroom area contains a king-size bed and a ceiling fan. The separate bathroom, which has been recently renovated, contains a shower, a toilet and a handbasin. Soap and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There is a living area that features comfy seating, a ceiling fan, a two seater table that can be used as a dining table or work desk, and a large flat-screen TV with DStv. Free fast fibre Wi-Fi internet access is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, cutlery and crockery. There is a tea tray with basic items for your stay.

The apartment opens to a small balcony with patio furniture and a side view of the sea. Parking is included and located in a parking garage opposite the apartment block. Cleaning is done every seven days with a towel and linen change.
