Beachwood Inn is an 8 bedroom bed and breakfast situated in the coastal town of Duynefontein Melkbosstrand. Atlantic beach golf course and Melkbos central is 5 min drive and a 500m walk will get you to our stunning beach, ocean, and table mountain views.

All rooms have King size beds with private en-suite, DStv, aircon, work desks, free Wi-Fi, fridge, and coffee and tea facilities in rooms. Free full house breakfast is served every morning between 7 am and 9 am.

Melkbosstrand is a coastal village on the Western Seaboard of Cape Town and is the northern-most suburb of the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality within which it became incorporated when metropolitan boundaries were redrawn. The village lies close to Bloubergstrand and boasts its own 7km stretch of white beaches and ideal surfing conditions. The vibe is relaxed and artistic.

A few good restaurants and small shopping centres cater for the necessary and Melkbosstrand is flanked by the R27 that either takes you to the west coast further north or straight to the city via Milnerton and Paardeneiland.

The prestigious Atlantic Beach Golf Estate with views over the Atlantic Ocean, borders Melkbosstrand on the one side and the R27 on the other. Beautiful homesteads to townhouses available and sought after

We deaf was welcomed at the beginning and after that we felt we werent part of our stay, manager was with the hearing people so we actually felt rejected. It qould be best to rather invite deaf and to learn their nature and not make them feel rejected in future. I would have love to let the other deaf people know but unfortunately I dont want them to feel the same way we've experienced our stay with the other deaf people. They also should have let us know where we would be placed right at the back in a small corner that made it very unpleasant. The images of our place that we were expecting on the website was not the same as the one we were staying in.
