Accommodation comprises 13 fully furnished two-sleeper or four-sleeper apartments. These flats consist of one or two separate bedrooms and a private bathroom. Each flat features a well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other necessities to prepare and cook meals; and an open-plan living and dining area that leads out onto a balcony. Each unit contains a ceiling fan, a TV with selected DStv channels, and BBQ/Braai facilities.

The complex offers a kiddie's play area, a communal swimming pool, and secure parking.
