This spacious unit is located on the first floor, offering excellent sea views. It comfortably sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms with two single beds in each room. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin, and the second bathroom has a bath basin and toilet. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a living area and a dining room table seating for six. The comfortable lounge has a television, but clients need to bring their own standard DSTV decode and card with connection cables. It opens through sliding doors onto a large balcony with a dining suite and fantastic sea views.

This is a budget unit that is not modern but it is clean and comfortable, offers all the amenities, and great sea views. It is allocated one covered parking bay and there is limited guest parking, all behind remote electric gates. There is a communal laundry on-site. Linen is provided for the beds, No beach or bath towels are provided.
