40 Hawaan View is a three-bedroom triplex apartment situated on the ground floor. 40 Hawaan View has private, direct beach access to the swimming beaches, the Umhlanga Rocks Promenade and the Hawaan Forest.

This self-catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen on the first floor. The apartment comfortably sleeps six people. Two of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the apartment with a King size bed in the main bedroom and a king bed in the second bedroom. The two single beds can be converted into a king size bed on request. The third bedroom is located on the ground level on the apartment with access to the private garden and the second patio. There are three bathrooms in the apartment, two of which are en-suite in the main bedroom and the third bedroom. The bathroom for the second bedroom is across the passage from this bedroom. From the main bedroom one has lovely sea views.

Off the lounge are sliding doors onto the patio with views of the garden and The Breakers resort. Sit on the patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean whilst enjoying your sundowners or that cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped. There is also a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The apartment has a Smart TV (DSTV) in the lounge. The apartment is not air-conditioned, and the apartment has a ceiling fan in the open plan lounge, dining area.
