3 Miramar offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation in Ballito, and is situated on the main swimming beach at Thompson's Bay, in one of the best locations on the north coast.

The main bedroom opens out onto a large patio with sea views, and includes a king-size bed and an en-suite consisting of a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom also opens onto the large patio and includes a king-size bed with full en-suite. The third bedroom has twin single beds with a full en-suite bathroom and good side sea views. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms have two single beds in each with good side sea views and share the third bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The spacious lounge area is equipped with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a Hi-Fi. The dining room table offers seating for up to ten guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble-dryer. The breakfast counter seats eight guests.

Regret NO Matric Rage bookings or student bookings accepted. Should parents book on behalf of students, the students will be evicted without a refund upon arrival.

Poor management by

I booked the accommodation and on confirmation paid the total amount for two nights includind the administration costs. I was referred to another agency ocean2ocean to pay the breakage deposit of R1000 and a further admin cost of R485. On arrival the remote for the gate did not work. The response from the ocean2ocean took over 2hours as the call center could not reach the persons responsible. After knocking the remotes around iy finally worked. The ckeaning service did not show on Saturday. The gas braai was faulty. When we tried to light it, the flames exploded twice over. Two of us suffered burns to our hair and arms. The explosion was really traumatic and the braai could not be used. I sent a msg to the emegency contact and received a call from a gentleman who arranged to meet me at 10 am the next morning. He failed to show up and neither did he call. The bathroom window was cracked and could not be opened. The mirror in the bedroom was loose and fell when touched. The place is realky beautiful with fantastic location. Unfortunately the managing agent is unreliable. I am still waiting for their call to check on us. I am not sure if the breakage deposit will be returned. How does one pay twice over for admin costs. I was informed that had I booked directly thro ocean2ocean I would not have to pay the additional admin fees to Safari Now. This is the first time that I had to pay two separate admin fees. The dish towels were not clean and filthy used sponges were left in the kithen sink. The mats on the bsthroom floors were also not washed. It is a pity as the accommodation is modern, spaciious and very comfortable.
