A secure flat with off-street parking and an electric fence. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom-come-lounge with two single beds, a couch and a TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is a dining room and an undercover patio with braai. I have a friendly dog on the property :)

Approximately two km from central town and Rhodes University. 700 m, 1.2 km, 1.4 km and 2.4 km from Kingswood, Graeme, St Andrews/DSG & VG schools respectively.

The place is a great place to to stay

Great place to stay by

A compact flat with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy. The host, James was friendly and helpful.

Stay at 2 Bedroom on Southey by

Very comfortable, attractive accommodation. It had everything we needed, and James (host) was very kind and went the extra mile. We'll definitely be returning here when we're next in Grahamstown.
