Addo Riverbank on Sundays -2 Night Safari Package

Addo Riverbank on Sundays is situated in Colchester, with the Southern Entrance Gate of the Addo Elephant National Park a five-minute drive away. We have two units or rooms and each with stunning views over the Sunday's River.
The 2 nights safari package will include the following:

- 2 Nights' accommodation with breakfast included at the Taste of Africa Restaurant.
- Dinner also included for both nights, but on your fist night dinner will be at the Taste of Africa restaurant which is a 500meter walk from us and on the second night dinner will be at Schotia Private Game Reserve.
- On your second day you can decide whether you want to do a self-drive safari in your own vehicle in the Addo Elephant Park in the morning.
- At 14h30 you need to be at Schotia Private Game reserve which is a 15-minute drive from us to start your Tooth and Claw Safari at 15h00. You should be back at Addo Riverbank at 21h00 to 21h30 depending on what you see during your short night drive.
The Schotia Tooth & Claw Safari is a four-hour guided game drive in an open Land Rover with a short refreshments and toilet break at the halfway point. After an amazing experience, where you will view more animals than you thought possible, enjoy a delicious dinner which is prepared over an open fire.
They try to show their guests as much as possible on a drive and concentrate on the popular sightings rather than 'the birds and the bees'.
A short, spotlight night game drive providing the possibility of more nocturnal animals completes your experience as you return to their reception area.
Schotia Safaris is the oldest private game reserve in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, bordering the eastern side of Addo Elephant National Park.
Enjoy your Safari in South Africa on this malaria free reserve, which is probably the most densely stocked reserve in Africa, and with over 40 mammal species and approximately 2000 animals, can offer consistently good game viewing throughout the year.
Schotia was the first reserve in the Cape Province to have free roaming lions and we can almost guarantee sightings of these magnificent animals on every Schotia Tooth & Claw game drive.
The Eastern Cape Private Game Reserve is owned, managed, and run 'hands on' by the Bean family, who are now in their sixth generation and have owned the original farm, Orlando, since the early 1800's.
With over 25 years of experience in the safari business, Peter and his team have created a unique, relaxed and truly South African Safari experience at Schotia.
Schotia Safaris Private Game Reserve has a huge open-air Lapa, reputedly among the largest in South Africa. It has reed and sneezewood walls and is open to the African skies, except for the outer ring where a traditionally thatched roof covers the dining tables and bar area.
Inside the Lapa there are several large 'Schotia' trees and a roaring log fire. Dinner is usually a mix of safari cuisine and traditional South African cooking; the exact menu depends on what is available on the day.
Schotia Private Game Reserve is located just a short drive from Colchester.
