This well maintained and equipped home offers a tranquil setting across the road from the beach and lagoon. At the front of the house you will find 2 covered verandas, ideal for outdoor eating and entertaining. The property sleeps 13 in total, in 6 bedroom serviced by 4 bathrooms (house & 2 flats), the flats are ideal for teenagers. The walk to the beach is easily managed by old and young, access being at the main beach entrance. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird, or you could easily manage a drop off/collect scenario. The property is secured by an alarm, beams, armed response and is gated and fenced. All linen is supplied, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Whilst not serviced, you can rent a maid as you require from the local cleaning agency, but book in advance. A DSTV dish & connection point is provided, please bring your holiday day card and decoder. Inside the house you will find: A spacious living area, consisting of a lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Kitchen: All cutlery and crockery, microwave, hob and oven, fridges and freezers, washing machine and dishwasher. Bedrooms in the house: Main bedroom with double bed, en-suite with bath, basin and toilet. This room opens onto the garden. 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds, this bedroom also opens onto the garden. 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet. Flat 1: 1 double bed and 1 single bed with en-suite, shower, toilet and basin. Flat 2: Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and basin, separate toilet. Open parking on the lawn in front of the house. Braai facilities: Stainless steel charcoal braai.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Out of season: 3 nights, never less.
Mid-season: 5 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.
In-season: 5 to 7 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.
Peak season:
A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.
Alternatively:
10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR
10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.
Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owner have their primary booking in place.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Admin fee once off.
Departure cleaning
Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
